Please keep in mind engraved information on the Plaque plate is up to 4 lines and on the Gavel plate is 3 lines.
When contacting us with information for personalization please provide the following:
1. Choice of plaque plate (Traditional Metal Black/Gold Plate or Acrylic Gold/ Black Plate
2. Name to be engraved
3. Title of individual receiving the plaque(i.e. President, Judge etc.)
4. On the third line example: Name of Lodge and Number, Name of county for court etc.
5. On the fourth line most people will put the date that person is receiving plaque.
6. Image if you choose for plaque plate.
